Positive space

At Hairlab NL my main goal is the wellbeing of my clients. It’s important for every client to know that Hairlab NL is a safe space for everybody.

Deposit

Every appointment requires preparation which I do with care in order to create a structured experience for my clients. Last minute cancellations interrupt my workflow and prevent other clients from having the opportunity to book appointments. To prevent last minute cancellations a deposit of 50% of your total is required to book your appointment. This is a non-refundable deposit, in case of rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment it is possible to carry the deposit over to your next appointment. The deposit expires in case of any cancellations or rescheduling communicated less than 24 hours in advance and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Confirmation

After booking an appointment you will receive a confirmation e-mail, please read this carefully as it will contain important information about your appointment. If you haven’t received a confirmation email please contact +31 687733696 on Whatsapp.

Late policy/ no shows 

Once you enter the Hairlab my aim is to provide you with a comfortable, relaxed service. Lateness creates stress as it carries through the day and interferes with other appointments. Some delay is always possible ofcourse so there's a grace period of 10 minutes. In the unfortunate event of being later than the grace period an extra fee of €15 will be added to your total, after 20 minutes your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled. 

As I want all my clients to feel as comfortable as possible until the end of their appointment I kindly request you to arrive not too much earlier than the time of your appointment. 

 

Upon a no show 50% of your total will be charged. 

Extra guests

Your appointment is an experience just for you, a relaxing moment without too many outside factors. My work space is designed to be a calming environment so there is no space for extra guests to join you. Clients under 16 are welcome to bring a parent. 

Hair preparation

Upon booking your appointment, carefully read the description of the service that you would like to book to see if a blow dry is included in the service. Unless you have booked a wash and/ or blow dry service for your appointment your hair must be clean, detangled and blown out or stretched upon arrival. Blow drying or stretching are mandatory for hair types 3B and up. If your hair isn’t properly prepped upon arrival extra costs will be added to your total.

 

Blow dry + €15

Wash and blow dry +€40

 

There is no guarantee that these extra services can be performed, in the event that there is no capacity for these extra services your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled. 

Bookings outside of working hours/ last minute bookings

For last minute bookings (less than 24 hours in advance) or bookings outside of working hours (before 10:00 or after 18:00) please contact +31 687733696 on Whatsapp. For bookings outside of working hours a €10 fee is added.

Availability

Appointments can be planned a month ahead, in case dates or slots aren’t available they are fully booked. If you would like to be updated on changes in the schedule on fully booked days you can add yourself to the waitinglist which will send you a notification whenever a time slot becomes available.
